These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "you") and hij77 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and services available at hij77.app. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of hij77 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of hij77 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not use hij77.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of hij77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To use the Platform you must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to your account at all times:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• hij77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We will notify you by your registered mobile number before any dormancy-related action is taken on your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

hij77 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on hij77:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated on the payment method page. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. hij77 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• hij77 reserves the right to carry out additional security verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• hij77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

hij77 offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific bonus terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• hij77 reserves the right to cancel or withhold any bonus, free spin award, or promotional credit if we reasonably suspect the bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, including but not limited to coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. hij77 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a welcome bonus claim falls within these restrictions.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on hij77, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant game or market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, hij77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino games.
• Live betting markets and in-play odds are subject to change without notice. Bets submitted during a live event are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not at the odds visible at the moment of submission if there is a latency delay.
• hij77 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake sizes, limit winnings, and close or suspend accounts that display patterns of systematic or professional betting, arbitrage betting, or abuse of promotions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hij77. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be subject to forfeiture of all balances held:

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity, or allowing a third party to operate your account. Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin games, interact with live tables, or exploit any aspect of the Platform in a way not intended for normal human players.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors in odds. If you become aware of any bug or error that gives you an unintended advantage, you are obligated to report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. hij77 is required by applicable law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Responsible Gaming

hij77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and telecommunications outages may affect Platform availability. In such cases, hij77 will endeavour to restore access as quickly as reasonably possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from any such interruption.

9. Amendments to These Terms

hij77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the mobile number on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required by law or by a regulatory directive in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance before your account is closed.
